Call for Papers 2014
The Graduate School of Management of Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University called scholars and research authors to present in the 2014 International Winter Conference on Business & Economics Research held in our campus on January 17 & 18, 2014.
Now on its 4rd year, the winter conference aims to bring young and bright scholars from all over the world to exchange academic ideas on advancements in business and economics research.
The research themes are as follows:
Accounting and Finance - Harmonization, international financial reporting standards, financial management, financial analysis, banking & investments, international finance.
CSR & Sustainability - Green supply chain, environmental management, corporate social performance, corporate social responsibility
Economics - Development economics, managerial economics, international trade, comparative studies.
Information Technology - accounting information systems, cloud computing, IT enabled services, e-commerce
Management & Marketing - Strategic management, HR management, management and organization theory, innovation management, change management, organizational behavior, technology management, service management
Operations Management - Production and operations research, supply chain, logistics management
We have a double blind peer review process in abstract selection. Over the past conferences, we have an acceptance rate of 40 percent.
Outstanding papers shall be invited for submission to Asia Pacific World, the Journal of the International Association of Asia Pacific Studies. Likewise, selected papers shall be invited by the keynote speakers and conference committee for submission and review to the B grade journals of the keynote speakers.
We will soon launch the Asia-Pacific Business and Economics Perspectives. We likewise invite participants to submit to this bi-annual double blind peer-reviewed journal.
ISSN numbered conference proceedings and electronic proceedings shall be given to registered conference participants.
