Implementation Guidelines for Master’s Program
International Academic Conference Grants
1. Purpose
1.1. The implementation guidelines for International Academic Conference Grants is set in accordance with Article 3, third paragraph of item 2 in the Guidelines for Academic Scholarships – Master’s Program.
2. Eligibility
2.1. An enrolled Master’s Degree student who joins an international conference and applies for the grant.
2.2. Published paper must indicate “Aletheia University Departent of Business Administration”.

5. Details:
5.1. Graduate students who join international conferences must apply for airfare subsidies and declare actual expenses. The applied amount per student must not exceed 7% of the total amount of scholarships allocated for Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
5.2. There is a limit of five (5) applicants per semester. Students are advised to apply not only for International Academic Conference grant from the school, but also for subsidies from the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST).
5.3. Applicants must apply at the department at least one (1) month before the scheduled travel date (subject to Adviser’s letter of recommendation and letter of acceptance). Applications are subject to the approval of the Department’s funding and audit committee.
5.4. The subsidy falls under the conditions provided in Implementation Guidelines for Academic Scholarships – Master’s Program.
